| | This company has very poor customer service. They have been my registered agent in NV for years and they failed to forward mail from the State of Nevada and cause my firm to go into revoked status twice over the years. Each time this costs my firm penalties. This year it was $895 in penalties. The State of Nevada confirmed that they mail one notice and email three times. A registered agent is supposed to forward mail they receive for your firm. Incorp simply doesn't perform the most basic of responsibilities. I thought it would be difficult to change to another company for Registered Agent services and it was so easy. The new company is great. I wish that I had changed a long time ago. Stay away from Incorp.

| | InCorp provided great service with very competitive costs. I had used InCorp at a prior company and contacted my Agent (Autumn Kelley) when I took over state registrations at new company. The new company was using a different service that was charging them three times as much for annual registered agent fee. My InCorp agent helped with all paperwork needed to change our registered agent listings with the secretaries of state. The InCorp website is very easy to use. The email reminders for filing annual reports is very helpful. I have cancelled service on states we withdrew from with out any issues. InCorp even helped me obtain certificates of good standing when needed in a rush situation. I would recommend this company.

| | This company is nothing but a horrible scam and the worst I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. They were assigned as my registered agent by an individual in Utah. Though I was paying all of the fees to this individual, for several years, they insist they never received those payments, even though he and I verified the payments and provided receipts. For three years we have been trying to resolve this, to absolutely no avail. All of our entities are dissolved or have been terminated, except one, and we continue to get invoices on entities that haven't existed for years. In fact, the Secretary of State where many of our entities were located, has told us we are not required to have a resident agent on terminated entities, they don't want to hear that - they just want to keep collecting fees. Even though we paid over $600 last year, on entities that were terminated, they refuse to acknowledge any of it. An absolutely horrific experience at best!

| | Do NOT use Incorp! I have not been their customer for more than 2 years and in fact the company I had is since closed. They continue to try to get me to "renew" each year. They've tried to use bill collectors to get renewal fees after cancelling. It's pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to cancel service with them! They just bill anyway, then it goes to collection, then next year it starts all over again. I note many other people had a similar problem, and I see the company in some cases claims miscommunications or other problems. Why should it be so hard for a company that exists to handle communications to process this specific communication?

| | I engaged Incorp to be a registered agent in NJ many years ago since the business I was working with their required it. In early 2012, I called my rep, Rachel Pennington and told her to cancel the service.
I got an invoice from them in November 2012 and called again. Spoke with Justin who assured me it was a mistake and the service would be canceled.
Now, it's Jan 2013 and I just got another invoice from them - called and spoke with Justin who said it would be canceled.
I really don't have time to deal with this. I suspect they're deliberately doing this and hope someone files a class action suit against them, in Federal court. If they invoice me one more time I will start a suit as I'm really fed up.
I recommend you look at The Company Corporation as an alternative. I've not had any problems with them, although I have to admit I haven't tried to cancel their overall service, although I've had no problems canceling different services.

| | AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I thought I was doing a good thing when I was asked to be a board member for a non-profit company that offered parents free digital child id kits (the first 12 hours a child is abducted are the most crucial. our kits gave parents a CD with all of the childs physical stats, fingerprints, video of the child speaking and made it so law enforcement could upload the information immediately to the Amber Alert System).
We offered these Free child id kit giveaways across the northwest and as a 501 (c) (3) we licensed our group in all states we did these free giveaways.
As a board member I agreed to help with licensing and called on InCorp (I made the mistake and did not Google all of their complaints before working with them). Long story short the non profit was unable to continue with their work and has shut down (2 years ago).
Last year InCorp sent me to collections saying that I was personally responsible for the bills of this non profit. I paid over $500 to pay all of the fees and asked that they close the files at that time. All of the states no longer recognize the non-profit as a valid entity. The guy I spoke with Chris Lockhart agreed this would be the last of what I had to pay. But here we are again a year later and they have threatened me with collections again....
Of course no one remembers that conversation. Now they tell me they want another $99 per state to this time close them for good. I was simply a volunteer board member and this has now cost me $500 out of pocket with what looks to be another $500 bill to be paid. The states have said nothing needs to be filed to them in regards to the non profit...this is just a scam organization trying to bilk honest people out of their money. I am disgusted!

| | What a fraud this company is. Whomever [employee name removed] is should be ashamed of herself. Really? Is this how you want to make money? I filled out an online form to get a document from the state of California that was supposed to come in two days. I paid $58. Next day I get a call saying its gonna cost $100 more because of this and that regulation in California. After demanding a refund I get the run-around. "The manager is the office and we need to get approval" blah blah blah". There are only two explanations for this. 1) The company is so inept that they don't know what the California regulations are so they can advertise the correct price on their website; or 2) They are deliberately defrauding customers. Either way this company needs to go out of business and go away.
| | Agent response: Unfortunately this was a case of miscommunication. The online order form does not display processing times since CA Secretary of State processing times vary. The two days the client mentioned is clearly displayed as a shipping option to ship the documents to the client once received from the state - it states: Select Shipping Option. Your shipping selection determines how InCorp will deliver your final documents to you. This selection does not affect the processing of your order. When we contacted the client to confirm the order and advise of the different processing times offered by the state we advised of the options that did include additional charges if the documents were needed sooner than the standard time ordered. [Employee name removed] was able to resolve the situation with Mr. Meier.

| | I contracted with Incorp in 2/2011 when I started my consulting business. As it turns out about 5 months later I was hired by the company I was consulting for as a full time employee.
In 2012 I was sent a notice stating that I was to be charged $99 for 2012. I responded by mailing a letter back to Incorp stating that I did not want to have this renewal.
I recently got a notice saying that Incorp was charging me for 2012. I replied this time by email and recently got a response from Elizabeth Bartlett stating essentially that they were going to charge me anyway and the three options for getting out of this in 2013 included one that would mean I would have to pay Incorp and additional $99 to do get out of this.
This appears ( I hope I am wrong) to be a money making method based on giving applicants pages upon pages of legalise and then expecting them not to read the fine print.
I am hoping to get this resolved satisfactorily but I am not hopeful.

| | I registered this company with the State of Colorado in October 2008, I informed Incorp Services that I had done so and would not renew my registeration with the State of Nevada through Incorp Services for 11/1/08 through 10/31/09. Incorp Services and Emily Painter with Incorp continued to bombard my LLC with late fee's and invoices. So in early November 2009 I sent to Incorp 2 checks in early November 2009 , check # 610 for $99 to pay for invoice #196738, which was $70 registered/resident Agent Fee plus late fee. I also at the same time paid with check #609 $105 for their invoice # 111003 which was a dissolution of this entity. I paid both of these in good faith to stop them from sending bill after bill asking for late fee's etc. I did not use their services at all from Nov 1 2008 through October 31, 2009 but wanted their continual phone calls, emails, and US Mail invoices to stop. I even mailed a certified mail with return receipt to them in December 2009 with an explanation letter and copies of the two cleared checks mentioned above saying the services weren't used or needed in 08/09 and to stop the bills.
I continue to get invoiced from Incorp each September/October 2010 and again this year. Is there anyway to get these invoices stopped, this account (11775) has been paid and overpaid in full. Please tell me what I can do to get this stopped. I don't want to change my email address so they still have this and my home address.
| | Agent response: After a detailed review of Mr. Jamison's account, we found that we can now completely close his account. The problem is that the service was originally cancelled well after it had already renewed for the year, and there was no request to cancel the service at the end of this paid term.
We do work to always meet the needs of our clients and view all aspects of a situation when working to close an account. It appears that in this case, we could have done a better job. Our apologies to Mr. Jamison.

| | The company listed above was using incorp as a registered agent in the state of MD. when the company went defunct in February of 2010, I voluntarily gave up my license in the state of MD and allowed my authority to do business there to be reviked. I got a bill from incorp in july of 2011, ignored it because my company is out of business. about 20- days later they charged my personal credit card that i had used to originally set up this account with for $104. I figured no big deal i will just call them and clear it up and get a refund. What i got was an obnoxious rep who told me that because I allowed the state to revoke authority to conduct business that they will continue to charge my card annually, and the only way to stop that is to either change registered agent, or have them resign for an ADDITONAL $99.00, or dessolve the company with the state (the company is ALREADY DEFUNCT with the state). In addition to this outrage, they had the audacity to charge me a $5.00 mailed statement fee, when i got this,m and all previous statements via email. At this point I am going to fiule a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General in the hopes of getting some action. Needless to say I have other entities that i use incorp for, those will all be going elsewhere.
| | Agent response: It is very disappointing to hear that Mr. Cornelius did not have a pleasant experience when calling to discuss his billing. This will be researched and if necessary, addressed as we constantly work to improve our service.
To clarify, we never asked for $99 "to resign." We notified Mr. Cornelius that if he wanted us to draft the resignation forms for him, that our fee for this was $99. Of course Mr. Cornelius was welcome to draft these on his own.
As for the $5.00 mailed statement fee, we offer a $5.00 discount to our clients that pay their statements before a certain date. After that date a fee is added and they receive the physical mailed invoice. Most of our clients appreciate the opportunity to save $5.00 by paying their emailed invoices.
Mr. Cornelius' misconception seems to be that simply not paying the state taxes or fees on a business automatically closes it which is not true. This can be compared to the failure to pay personal taxes does not make a person cease to exist. The situation was discussed with Mr. Cornelius and Maryland does give a definition of Forfeiture status that can be misconstrued. In light of the situation and our conversation with Mr. Cornelius we did provide him with a refund and the account has been closed.

| | I have read the reviews on this website and have concluded that INCORP is just fine as long as you are paying their fees. However, if they incorrectly bill you for services, you can either pay the bill or be subject to their rude street-punk collection efforts. The reviews from July 17 and 25th should be informative for anyone considering INCORP. Maybe they used to be a good company but new managers took over or economic problems have caused them to adopt a new get-the-money-at-all-costs approach.
Here’s my experience with INCORP. I used them to incorporate a business several years ago. I sold and transferred the corporation to a new owner within the first year. About three years later, INCORP contacted me requesting fees in order to file documents with the State of Nevada. I told them that I was no longer associated with the corporation. They told me they had a contract authorizing automatic renewals and planned to charge my credit card. I told them that I gave no such authorization and specifically told them not to charge my account. I also pointed out that it would be inappropriate for me to authorize filing any state document for a corporation I have no association with. Incredibly, they told me that my only option was to pay fees so that they could file annual statements for the corporation to bring it current and then I could pay another fee to have them file a substitution of the agent for service of process for the corporation.
For a company that makes a living incorporating businesses, I thought their profound ignorance in this area to be astounding! I have no legal authority to act for any corporation with which I have no association whatsoever. Even if I wanted to pay them to take those steps, it would be illegal for me to do so, in the same fashion that it would be illegal for me to have them notify the State of Nevada of a change of directors or agent for service of process for Coca-Cola. INCORP’s response was to bill me for services that I did not (and legally could not) authorize and then referred “debt” to a collection agency.
I cannot stress strongly enough how bad INCORP is. Don’t be misled by positive comments from people who only wanted papers filed on behalf of their corporation and they don’t mind paying INCORP’s fees to do so. You can train a monkey to put mail in a box. What you would expect out of a business such as INCORP is that they would understand that once you sell a corporation you cannot act on its behalf, period. INCORP is probably going through some tough economic times and is dusting off dormant accounts to try to bring in revenue. If a state does not get the necessary documents from a corporation, the state can suspend or revoke its corporate status. If INCORP tries to make you pay to back-file documents for defunct corporations that you are no longer associated with, let me know and I’ll add you to the plaintiff list when I file suit.
Buyer Beware! These guys are BAD NEWS!
| | Agent response: It seems at the heart of the discrepancy here is lack of communication. Obviously we at InCorp are only aware of a change in company ownership if our client advises us of the change. While Mr. Lord did advise us that the business had been sold, he provided this information 3 years after the alleged sale took place. During those years InCorp attempted to contact Mr. Lord by mail, email and phone with no response.
When Mr. Lord finally did contact us, our representative requested contact information for the new owner since the officers on public record had not changed and indicated that Mr. Lord was still the owner. Mr. Lord was unwilling or unable to provide that information and simply refused payment. What followed was a series of threats from Mr. Lord, but it is not our goal at all to give the perception of "street-punk collection efforts."
InCorp is a business and whether it is providing the services that Mr. Lord asked us to provide (and agreed to the conditions of), or drafting new documents at the client's request, we unfortunately have to charge for those services.
The statement of "InCorp is just fine as long as you are paying their fees" is probably relevant for almost any business. If multiple car payments are missed and the car owner is sent to collection, I would imagine the car owner would be a bit upset. What is a company expected to do when it has already provided the service and a refusal of payment is received along with a refusal to provide responsible party contact info?
Perhaps if Mr. Lord does bring suit as he has threatened, he will in deposition finally explain why it is that if he is not the responsibile billing party, he has not provided that information.

| | We contracted with these people back in 2008 to file a business registration and be our registered agent. They screwed up and the business was never properly registered. They failed to notify us of this fact, by their own admission, but continued to charge us to be a registered agent. We have argued this with them every year since to no avail. They keep charging us and we keep refusing to pay for services never provided. Now, in 2011, they have turned us over to a collection agency. Complete scammers - avoid them like the plague!
| | Agent response: Incorporation filing can be a confusing process. In this case two people on the customer's end were involved in instructing our office on the details of the company formation which caused massive miscommunication. When our office was instructed to proceed, we did so and the LLC has been filed ever since and it was done so properly in accordance with the instructions of the client.
As for the invoices they are receiving, their failure to meet their obligations with the state does not legally dissolve theirLLC or InCorp's legal obligation to provide the Registered Agent service the client contracted us to provide.
We have been attempting to resolve this account and instruct them on cancelling our services since early 2010 but they have not stopped using our service, so they continue to be billed.

| | I am now more than $800.00 in arrears and my corp is no longer in good standing. I did not receive notifications until well after the timely filing constantly resulting in late fees etc. The last time I spoke to a rep on the phone they were argumentative and rude. Was I unhappy absolutely. I was tired of being told that they had mailed something out in a timely manner when I had received nothing and then getting frantic calls to mail late fees etc. Really disappointing after all the time and money I put into creating the corp in the first place. I didn't start out with incorp I inherited them. Loved my original agent :(
Diane Kuypers
| | Agent response: While the amount past due to the state is close to accurate, the rest of this complaint is far from what our records show on the account. InCorp has a well documented and detailed note system which records each automated notice mailed as well as each call placed by one of our representatives. We even have record of our representatives speaking with Diane prior to each due date including 2010 when one of our newer representatives called to help Diane avoid $375 in state penalties. Unfortunately the tone, accusations and profanity used toward that representative nearly brought her to tears before the client hung up on her. Although it was a year ago, I remember coaching this new rep through being treated horribly by a customer she was trying to help.
I'm not sure exactly what is meant by InCorp being "inherited". We have a file stamped copy of the Registered Agent Change form filed voluntarily and signed by Ms. Kuypers in 2005. This is available to her in her online account 24/7 as with all file stamped documents received from the state for our clients. She was also free to change back to the "loved" agent at any time.
InCorp greatly values the feedback provided by clients whether positive or negative. I reviewed this entire account looking for areas where our service could have been improved or revised. In the end it is each corporation's officers who are responsible for the status of the entity. As in this case, we can mail and call to assist multiple times a year, but if the forms and fees are not provided by the corporation, we have nothing to help them file.

| | Agent response: InCorp is currently working with this client to resolve the unpleasant experience she had with our company. The duplicate charge resulting from the glitch in 2009 was refunded. We hope to regain Ms. Pepper's trust.

| | i HAVE BEEN WITH INCORP FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, THE LAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE., THEY NO LONGER CARE AS TO HOW THRY PERFORM. THY HAVE NEARLY MISSED MY ANNUAL FORM COMPLIANCE FOR TWE YEARS, THIS YEAR THEY COMPLETEL MISSED MY ANNUAL REPORT . i HAD SENT THEM THE FEE THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE (AND CASHED) BEFORE DUE DATE . NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE $75.OO LATE FEE THAT WAS THERE FAULT, NOW THEY TELL AFTER IN THE PAST THEY ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF THE ANNUAL FILING, NOW THEY TELL ME IM RESPONSIBLE. WHO NEED THEM NOW. ,i COULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM, I AM NOW LOOKING FOR A NEW RESIDENT AGENT.
| | Agent response: InCorp has been happy to serve as Registered Agent for Mr. Lett's company for many years and each year we have filed his Annual Report for him with the state following the same procedure. Unfortunately due to legislative changes made to the state filing requirements including the business license fee and possible exemptions, InCorp was forced to develop a new procedure which we advised our clients of. We would never leave our clients hanging with no help though and have provided all clients with an excellent compliance calendar and filing tools in their online account. We send out reminders, and clients can file with literally only a few clicks from their account. Our goal is to work with Mr. Lett, help him utilize the tools provided in his account, and earn his business again.

A. Eastwood Bend, OR US
| Company name: A.Eastwood-13000 Weston Parkway LLC | | 07/06/2010 1:46 PM
|
| | For the second year in a row I have had an absolutely abysmal experience with Incorp. They receive the annual billing from the State of Delaware and fail to forward on for payment. Delaware will not mail the billing directly to the LLC and we are therefore at the mercy of Incorp. Their solution to the problem was to email the phone number of Delaware Secretary of State with the suggestion to take it up directly with them. The final example of their incompetence is the fact that the phone number is incorrect (belongs to a law firm in Delaware)
| | Agent response: We are very sorry that Mr. Eastwood had difficulties with our service. It sounds as though he had a very frustrating experience and we apologize. From our own past experience, we know that relying solely on the mailed renewal notices from any state can leave any business entity vulnerable whether the mailed notice is not received in our office, the USPS loses the item, that particular state (as in many cases lately) has stopped sending physical filing reminders, or the client has changed their mailing address and they forgot to notice us. One issue last year specifically was that the State of Delaware failed to forward the physical notices to our clients (they forwarded the return envelopes only - but not the notice cards themselves). After this occurred, we contacted all of our Delaware clients and advised them who to contact at the Delaware state office to have any penalties waived. The few customers affected by this were those that forgot to log into our site at least once during the year. I notice that Mr. Eastwood did not log into our site a single time in the past year. Had he have, he would have seen his upcoming compliance events that affected him. We also emailed Mr. Eastwood his Delaware filing notices both on 3/10/10 and 3/16/10, nearly 3 months prior to the due date, copies of which are available to him 24/7 in his account. Additionally, monthly email reminders directing Mr. Eastwood to his Compliance Calendar for filing were sent in March, April and May. While the phone number typo made by one of our representatives is very unfortunate and embarrassing, we do feel we made substantial attempts to notify Mr. Eastwood of his due dates. Mr. Eastwood has been our customer for almost 5 years and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this experience with him and find out what went wrong so that we may improve our service in the future. Again, our apologies for any inconvenience suffered by Mr. Eastman.

| | I have had several resident agents in several states, and finally, with Incorp, I have a company that is efficient, friendly, and technologically the most advanced company to date. Easy to use 24/7/365.
I would be happy to tell you, if you contact me, who I had contracted with before, and tell you why I would avoid a few of these companies, as they either over-charged, under-delivered, or gave poor service to no good service, bad advice, or all the above.
Incorp has been superior and keeps getting better, by design and intent, and I now have 3 corporations I'm associated with in their RA stewardship.
You will not be disappointed with Incorp from my several years and various state realtionships with them.
Their system for managing online is simply fantastic, and their people, and I do mean a couple of them who take personal responsibility for my different accounts, and have been there when needed, and when they do not know an answer...they find out, and surprizingly, get right back to me!!
They have earned this credit and praise. Thank you Incorp. Thank you Alex!
Best regards,
Marcus Laux President/CEO

It was changed to my name and all invoices come to my name. Despite numerous requests, this company has continuously refused to take my name off the account and substitute my employer's information. I have numerous other issues with this company but choose not to address any of those issues at this time.

| | After applying for my LLC via www.easyindianallc.com & their misleading instructions causing me so much grief, I received a response from the State Secretary's Office saying my Articles registration was rejected due to the instructions from easyindianallc to fax through the application no longer being a valid option. The rejection letter was sent via Incorp Agent service who sent an email rather than onforwarding the letter which would have caused further delays. Knowing that the fax would fail I had mailed the application with a Bank Draft to the SoS office on 20-Jan-2010, so I informed Stacy of the error caused by easyindianallc & she proceeded to check with the SoS office on the status of my mailed documents. as soon as she received word, Stacy emailed that the Articles had been stamped & attached a copy of the confirmation. Soon after more emails showing how/where I could log on to obtain a copy of my documents.
REALLY GREAT SERVICE FROM STACY @ INCORP.
Easyindianallc never even bothered to respond to may last email. Being from Australia, & after making other phone calls & emails to other entities to fix this & EIN application issues, I was beginning to think service was non existent in the USA.

| | SHORT VERSION: InCorp Services Inc. provides great customer service, great online platform, and should be every business' choice for registered agent service. I received exceptional customer support from Emily Painter.
LONG VERSION: I have gone through 2 registered agent companies before using InCorp Services, Inc.
The first one: Corporation Service Company had OK service but charged $260+ per entity per year.
The second one: IncSmart.biz while cheap, actually FAILED to provide the service I paid for. After being overbilled twice after paying for the service, I became suspicious and sent test letters to the registered agent in Colorado. The letter came back RETURN TO SENDER! Outrageous! Just think if this had been a service of process! The registered agents assigned to me by IncSmart.biz didn't have a phone number, and it was very hard to get a hold of the guy running the main website. I almost suspect that my previous registered agent IncSmart.biz is a scam, or at least a very poorly organized company. It is run out of some guy's house in North Las Vegas.
Finally I recently signed up with InCorp Services, Inc's registered agent services for my Colorado companies. While very affordable, I received amazing service. The customer service person, Emily Painter, was willing to haggle with me and explain the answers to all the many questions I had about registered agent service. A+ customer service overall. Even after I had purchased, she was there to answer my questions via email and over the phone.
Finally once I did sign into my account at InCorp Services, Inc., I found the online user interface to be one of the most organized, well-designed, easy-to-use platforms out of many online applications I use. They send you emails confirming your orders, you can view all your entities in one place, view links to the various state websites, and you can CALL them on the phone!!
InCorp Services, Inc. is a real commercial company and they have an office in Henderson, NV.

| | I would strongly recommend that businesses utilize the corporate registration and filing services of InCorp.
I am the owner of an independent health insurance agency. Last year, the agency wanted to enter four new states, thus needed to become registered in each new state. It quickly became apparent to me that the process would be very complicated and time consuming, since I did not have a clue what I was doing.
I searched for a firm to help me. InCorp’s website looked the most helpful and complete. I called them to test their customer service and knowledge, and was most impressed. InCorp handled all the initial filings and registrations walked me through the pieces and parts that I needed to do, and made sure that all requirements were met.
InCorp’s customer service is impeccable. When I call, a live person answers the phone. When I email, I get a response back same day. InCorp notifies me any time I need to do anything related to registrations and filings.
Now a year later, InCorp is right on the ball helping me do all the renewal tasks that must be completed.
Partnering with InCorp was smartest choice I made and well worth every penny.

| | Held 2009 annual Report "hostage" over a bill from 2006. We paid, but check was never cashed.
| | Agent response: As evidenced by the 2006 check not being cashed, we did not receive it. Incorp does not feel that we held anything "hostage". We simply requested that the client bring the account current prior to proceeding with any further filings. Mr. Johnson has been an excellent client so we considered his other payment history and settled with the client for 1/2 of the original Registered Agent service fee due in 2006 and filed the 2009 Annual List of Officers, which is a pretty good deal considering the full service fee and late fee were technically due. Incorp is dedicated to always working with our clients toward fair resolutions to any dispute or miscommunication.

| | Never ever dealt with crooks like this. They promised to cancel entities that no longer existed, but never did. They continued to charge me and refused to refund the money although they did admit their mistake. when I disputed my credit card charge a few months later, they asked me to stop the dispute and they would refund the money... as if I would believe them after months of promises that I would see the refund on my credit card. Check your bills very well before paying them.
| | Agent response: Our client logged into her online account and made payment for IL, OH, and SC Registered Agent service for the coming year. It was our assumption at that time that they wanted service to continue. After being notified that this was not their intent, we began the refund process. This is usually not permitted according to the Terms of Use because of fees and obligations renewed with different state offices when a client pays a renewal invoice, but we went ahead with the refund anyway. During that time (which was not "months") the client submitted a dispute through the credit card company. We requested that the dispute be cancelled in the client's best interest since there is a fee associated with the submission of erroneous chargebacks. The fees paid for SC and IL have been refunded and we have waived the erroneous chargeback fee as a courtesy to the client since there was a delay in refunding the fees. To the best of our knowledge, everything has now been resolved with this client but we welcome the opportunity to resolve any outstanding issues.

| | Moved all of our clients over to them, paid them all their fees, they neglected to inform us / or perform necessary paperwork for Resident Agent Change with Nevada Secretary of State, old Resident Agent resigned leaving us with extra fees to reinstate, only gave us credit for 2 of 6 companies we paid Resident Agents fees for the last year when they were not Resident Agent. Took $400 from our clients. Beware and make sure they are doing all necessary paperwork for you.
| | Agent response: Mr. Stocker ordered Registered Agent service for 6 NV entities in November 2007 and although he was in contact with his representatives many times over the days after placing the orders online, he at no time requested that we prepare the Change of Registered Agent documents for him. Since the documents are available to him 24/7 via his online account and we received no requests to file, Incorp believed the client would be filing his own documents. Unless the state fee for filing the change is provided to InCorp or an agreement is made in advance, it is the client’s responsibility to file the Change of Registered Agent. InCorp provided the agent address address to the client for use immediately upon placing the order and it was assumed that the client would be filing the agent change forms. Though not InCorp's fault, we offered to credit a large portion of the fees paid to the client. We have also offered to prepare the reinstatements for his revoked entities at no additional charge which would total more than the amount paid for Registered Agent service. At this time we are working with the client to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

|
| | I placed an order on April 23rd, 2008 for an LLC formation, approximately 2 weeks later I called for a status and was told that the person handling my acct was in the hospital and that my acct was transferred to someone else. I then asked for an expedited filing and was told that would be taken care of. Approximately a month went by and without word I called to ask the status and was told that I had not paid the fee to expedite, to which I replied I had told the agent to charge it to the same card the rest of my order was made on. While on the phone I paid the fee online and again did not hear anything for 2 weeks. When I called back I was told they needed more information (that was given on my original application) and that I needed to sign and fax that back doc back, I did, called back and they had not received the fax despite my receipt of the fax being sent. I again re-sent it, again, they said they did not receive it, that they have "a bunch of faxes in the file and I couldn't find it". If they can't find a fax, what kind of service will they provide your other legal docs?
| | Agent response: InCorp accepts full responsibility for this case and also full responsibility for delays caused when Mr. Lauberth’s representative was on medical leave. There were certainly issues with the handling of his filing due to some confusion, his representative being on medical leave, and the original name chosen being unavailable. All fees paid to InCorp were refunded to client with a formal apology and as a bonus, we allowed him to keep the documents we prepared for him.

| | I can't say enough about them!! My rep is Nicole Moses and she has gone above and beyond what I expected when I decided to use someone to help setup my non-profit, as well as a resident agent. She has been in constant communication with me, and since I'm lucky enough to live close enough to go their offices, I got to meet her and she was wonderful with me in person. She took her time explaining everything to me from the processes to rates, etc., and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I feel confident knowing my business is with them and I have no doubt that the great experience will continue.

| | After months of dealing with another agency I found InCorp. I had 15 minutes to get a package out and needed a registered agent. In my panic I called instead of setting up an account. Chris stayed with me, set up the account, got the information I needed and then stayed on the line to answer questions. He has always been a great help. My account represenative is Claudia who has helped with some unusual request in our need to expedite paperwork. If their service keeps going as well as they started out we have indeed found a company with the best customer service for these type of transactions that is out there. So far we have 8 different entities, more to go and not one problem since we switched to InCorp.

| | Initial contact was good. Then email after email was ignored. The State compleded the filling and sent the package back to InCorp three weeks ago. It seems that Soudaly and Gayle Clauges no longer answer emails. In business "Customer Service" should come first. Not here!
| | Agent response: Our sincerest apologies to the customer. Our security software provider issued an automatically installed update on or around January 1, 2008 which changed the SPAM filtering level to a much higher level. This send Mr. Echols' contact emails to our SPAM folder. Had customer phoned our office or used the customer service link in his account panel, his request would have been addressed promptly. We've attempted via email and phone to contact the customer. The problem has been corrected by our vendor and we're hoping that the customer rescinds his complaint with NevadaResidentAgents.com.

| | We are an accounting firm and were hoping to establish an on-going relationship that would expedite the resident agent process for us since we have several clients who are beginning to operated in many different states. We contacted InCorp services on September 25 and were told the process would take about 24 hours. It took one month and several emails, phone calls and finally the document was faxed to the client in error. We did receive a scanned copy of the document. We will never use this service again nor will we recommend to any of our clients.
| | Agent response: This is of course the worst kind of review a company like ours can receive and we are extremely mindful and concerned by the client's experience. When this account was initially set up, it was under the CPA’s client’s name so the documents were automatically sent to their client directly. As for the filing time issue, the 24 hour filing time is online filing which is only available for domestic entities. Since the client’s requested filing was a Foreign Qualification, it was necessary to get signed copies of the filing for submission along with other documents from the domestic state. This process delayed the original expected filing time but the employees responsible for additional delays have been removed.

God bless these two and joy awaits those who will be doing business with Incorp

| | Don't use this company. I have not found them to be ethical in any sense of the word. I have not found them to be honest. I would not recommend them for any business. Stay away from them is my advice.
| | Agent response: Unfortunately Tom Fay is a client of ours and his account has been turned over to our outside collection agency for reasons you can probably guess. What Tom fails to tell you is that he apparently doesn't think it is necessary to pay for services that he has ordered, but has no problem stealing the services he is not paying for. He has repeatedly told our representatives that he would be sending in his payment owed, but then fails to do so. Classic "the check is in the mail" behavior. While we would love to give away our service for free, we must charge for what service we provide to stay in business and provide great service for those customers of ours that do pay. Tom Fay apparently believes that he is above having to pay for services he uses. I would imagine that his credit report is likely riddled with other accounts that he would not recommend after he has stolen from them. In conclusion, we would be happy to work out a payment plan with Mr. Fay so he may pay his debt. We would even consider forgiving some of his late penalties and balance due, but this would require that he keep his word and send in his payments as promised.

| | I ordered a Nevada Corporation with Expedite Service, Corporate Kit, and Board of Directors Filing. I received the Corporation in a very timely manner and no challenges. I never received my corporate kit. Also, although I paid an extra $125 for an initial list of officer's filing, it was never filed. When I emailed my account manager, she said she would take care of it. 26 days later, still no corporate kit and still no initial list of officers filing. I called and left her a message with no reply. I emailed and received a read receipt from her and still I did not receive a call or email reply. I then found an email with her cell phone on it and called her there. She had no idea who I was or what I needed even though she read my email that morning. I had to remind her of the situation and tell her what was going on. She then told me that I had to send her the initial list of officers so she could file it and it was due in 4 days. I told her that when I last talked to her, she told me that she would take care of it. Now she's telling me that she needs my signature - which she never told me before. Only by calling and following up with her did I find this out. In addition, she has no idea what's going on with my corporate kit. When I told her to call me when she found out, she said she was so busy that she might not call me - she'll shoot me an email though. Way to make a client feel special. Bottom line. If you just need a corporation from this company great. I would not recommend getting any additional services as my account rep has not been very responsive.
| | Agent response: The handling of this client’s formation is an example of the level of service we aim to provide no matter what service is ordered. Our system notes do show a little bit of phone tag between the client and his representative, but the Initial List of Officers was filed on time using the $125 state filing fee paid (no additional fees were paid to Incorp for this filing). The service that this client received was unacceptable and the account representative dealt with internally to prevent this from happening in the future. All of our clients are very important to us and deserve the individualized attention and service we strive for by assigning a personal representative to each account who provides his or her cell phone number.

They wont try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary services, or overcharge like I have seen some other services try to do. They have a nice web interface so you can see what you need to keep up on, so you don't miss any required paperwork. I would recommend Incorp Services above any of the other services out there.
