| | I've done business with a lot of companies, but I had never been told by a customer service representative that they cannot help me nor can they transfer me to someone else until, after waiting 44 minutes, that's exactly what Molly from LegalZoom told me. She was condescending and rude, and I've cancelled my order after waiting almost a week for them to respond to my emails. I only hope that they'll refund my money without taking up any more time from my life. Oh, and it costs about $500 to form an LLC when you include their registered agent fee.

| | They never sent me my list of officers form, and my corp went default. Then they sent me a reminder to renew my registered agent with them and I asked for a discount because of their mistake. They said someone would call back, but surprise - no one ever did.
