| | USE NBS!!! I initially signed up with the RA through LegalZoom. When I tried to contact Legal Zoom I had to hold for 10 minutes in order to talk to someone who frankly wasn't that helpful. When I called NBS, Ellen answered right away. She was very knowledgeable and responsive and even though they have hundreds of clients, she made me feel like I was the most important one. Customer service was PERFECT! I have three more companies in the works and I will use NBS for every one of them!

| | NBS explains all costs and fees involved in forming a NV corporation, unlike many others who try to show a lower price. Clinton was very responsive, and my new NV corporation was ready to go in a very short time with no pain. When I need another NV corporation, I'll go straight to NBS.

| | I am an attorney who uses Nevada Business Services for several of our clients who formed their businesses in Nevada.
The people who work here are surprisingly available. One of the senior attorneys in my office asked me if I could have an LLC formed in Nevada within an hour, and I could--but only thanks to NBS' quick response time great practices.
I would recommend anyone at least try NBS for their registered agent needs in Nevada.
(The fact that Nevada allows online registration helps, too, but that doesn't take anything away from NBS!)

| | Nevada Business Services is great! I have talked with Clinton on several occasions and he has helped me with a variety of issues regarding our corporations and filings. I've tried other business services at more than twice the price but never had the exceptional personal service and attention to detail provided by Nevada Business Services.
For example, when the Sec. of State's Office messed up the spelling on TWO of our corporations's documents , and I could not reach anyone at the Sec. of State, another resident agent was not willing or able to help. At Nevada Business Services, they provided exceptional service in dealing with the problem. Clinton answered the call personally and worked with me to correct the State's error immediately, and I was not even a client of his at that time! With this kind of response and service seldom found in recent times I'm now using Nevada Business Services for several business needs.
I would enthusiastically recommend Nevada Business Services. Lexus quality at a very reasonable cost.

| | I worked directly with Clinton and he was extremely helpful and very resourceful and professional. Within 15 minutes of our first call he had emailed me the required forms for review and we spent 15 minutes on the telephone filling them out. After receiving the forms I signed them and forward them back. Within 6 hours (I paid to have the process expedited), my entity was registered and I received the Certificate of Formation for my LLLP. His fee was very inexpensive especially compared to the larger services who still haven't returned my call. I highly recommend their services.
